Billy Ferrell Morgan, resident of Collinsville, passed away Saturday June 16, 2018 at the age of 75. Billy was born May 1, 1943 in Muskogee Oklahoma by Kitty Young. He enjoyed working on old cars, going on vacation to Branson and playing Bingo. Most of all spending time with his grandchildren.Billy is preceded in death by his mother Kitty Young.He is survived by his wife, Era Mae Morgan;son Tim Ferrell Morgan fiance Sarah Waters of Leawood KS; daughter Tammy Turpin husband Raymon Turpin; 3 grandchildren.Services will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 25th at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel.
