Billy Allen Ramsey's Obituary
Billy Allen Ramsey, a resident of Broken Arrow, passed away February 9, 2019 at the age 87. He was born January 7, 1932 to Ulysses F. Ramsey and Dortha (Reeves) Ramsey in Flagg, Arkansas. He served in the United States Army. Billy enjoyed fishing and woodworking but most of all he loved spending time with his family. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.He was preceded in death by his parents, Ulysses Ramsey and Dortha Ramsey; step-mother, Julia Ramsey; wife, Syble Ramsey; two brothers, Max and Bob Ramsey and step-sister, Gwen Oyler.Survivors include his daughter, Debbie Newbrough and husband Chris; daughter, Tammy Burton and husband Mike; grandchildren, Alisha Carbaugh and husband Bryan, Billy Rutherford and wife Angela, Kelsey Pyzalski and husband Ron, Lindsey Cash and husband Clayton; great grandchildren, Sydney, Ashton, Tayson, Bella and Landon Carbaugh, Noah and soon to be “Baby Boy” Rutherford, Amberlin, Kaylin, Elijah and Luke Pyzalski; brothers, Jim Ramsey and Don Oyler; sisters, Jo Harmon and Mary McDonald; numerous nieces,nephews and friends.Viewing will be held Thursday, February 14th from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m and family will greet friends that evening from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Floral Haven Funeral Home.Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 15th at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Howard Burton officiating.Military Honors will be conducted by the United States Army.Pallbearers will be Billy Rutherford, Bryan Carbaugh, Ron Pyzalski, Clayton Cash, Tim Ramsey and Michael Brinkley.
