Billy Wayne “Buck” Rogers, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, departed this life in Tulsa Ok. at St. Francis Hospital, on Tuesday, September 27, 2011. He was born in Leechville, Arkansas on May 13, 1940 and graduated from Berryhill High Read Obituary
We knew Bill as our neighbor, he was a good friend and always smiling, in a good mood, and was anxious to tell a good story. Our prayers go out to Pat and all the family, we always admired him for his outlook on life and the way he cared for others. May God Bless you.
I am so very sorry to hear of Buck's passing. He was a positive influence to me as a child and was a barrel of fun! Always with the little brown bag of candy in his office desk drawer for the kids when they visited Life Flight, always had a joke, always wanted to play a prank…Christmas presents when we had none…many wonderful memories of Uncle Buck. He was a solid and great friend to my family and we are thankful and blessed to have known him. I am sorry that I can not attend today and my prayers are with the family and friends of such a great man. Uncle Buck – we loved you very, very much and will think of you fondly and often.
