Westcott, Billy Robert “Bill” – 80, died September 5, 2007 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born February 26, 1929 in White Bluff, Tennessee, a son of Lee and Minerva (Joslin) Westcott. Mr. Westcott worked for many years in Detroit, Michigan for the Ford Motor Company before transferring to Tulsa, OK, where he retired. He served in the United States Army during World War II. A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 10, 2007, 3:00 p.m. at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma Memorial contributions may be sent to a charity of your choice. Floral Haven 252-2518.Survived By: his wife of 57 years: Judy Spann Westcott; 2 children: Bill Jr. and wife Janet of Tulsa, Jane and her husband Timothy of Goodyear, Arizona; 2 grandchildren: Marc Westcott and Emily Scanlon; 2 sisters: Margaret Burns of Charlotte, NC, June Ward of Atlanta, GA; 2 half sisters: Arlene Wren of Charlotte, TN and Linda Hooper of White Bluff, TN; 2 brothers: Raymond Westcott of Athens, TN and Clifford Westcott of Melbourne, FL. and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by 3 brothers: Roy, Freddie, Noel; 3 stepbrothers: Curtis, Ray and Bobby Joslin.
