Billy Stevens' Obituary
Bill loved country. He loved wood stoves and the smell of burning wood. He loved animals. He loved camping out and fishing, and went camping and fishing, two to three weeks a year at Roaring River, Missouri, his favorite camping and fishing spot. Bill loved to hunt. Having friends over to visit and have dinner was one of Bill’s favorite pasttimes. He was a carpenter, building anything. There was nothing Bill couldn’t do. He worked on cars and loved working on houses. Bill was real good at painting pictures. He loved watching western movies. Bill read from his Bible. He would talk about the Bible and Jesus for hours with his friends on the phone or any other time.Survived By: his loving and devoted wife, Fern of the home; Children: Rhonda Adams, Tammy Tuggle, Paulette Culbertson, Violet Duncan, and Larry Reeves; 9 Grandchildren; 9 Great Grandchildren; his mother, Irene Stevens; his sisters, Brenda McGehee, Susie Byington, and Joyce O’Bonion, and a special friend of the family, Hoot.
