I did a Google search on Billy Joe, hoping once again to locate someone who knew my father (Bobby McGill) and my mother (Betty Ruth Collins McGill) and was upset to see that I was a year too late.I met Billy Joe and his wife only once when they made a stop in Selma, California, to visit my grandmother & grandfather, Ross & Rosa McGill, and to possibly meet Bobby & Betty's children which they were able to do (Daddy died in 1956 & Mama went in 1978). I remember thinking at the time what a most handsome man and beautiful lady each of them were.My heartfelt sympathies goes to each of you for your loss but know that Billy Joe is still singing with Daddy & Mama!Gini McGill-Simpson
