Bobbie Jean Shields, 85 of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed from this life on Friday, January 3, 2020 at her residence in Tulsa. She was born March 11, 1934 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, Community of Blue Bell, to Jessie Bernice Jones Hampton and Marion Baker. She married Jack Shields on July 29, 1955 and they shared in over 62 beautiful years together before his passing in 2017.Bobbie worked as a secretary for Citgo Oil and Gas for many years.Bobbie is survived by her three children, Jack Shields, Jr. and his wife Judy of Mulvane, Kansas, Brett Shields and his wife Donna of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Susan Shields-Thompson and her husband Greg of Tulsa, Oklahoma; one sister, Billie Turney; ten grandchildren, Jackson Shields, Heather Johnson and her significant other, Bear Belk, Ashley Shields-Cassidy and her husband Ryan, Amanda McDonald, Steven Shields, Lillian Gower, Steffany Traylor and her husband Rodrick, Jarod Thompson and his wife Karie, Justin Thompson and his wife Katie and Samantha Thompson; and sixteen great-grandchildren, Mickinzee, Jackson, Jr., Shaely, Kaely, Maverick, Jax, Cadence, Kenny, Jr., Kenadee, Daijah, Ariyanna, Jacobi, Kruse, Addison, A. J., and Bella and two bonus granddaughter’s Sarah Wilkerson and Rebeccah McCready and several nieces, nephews and cousins who remember her as being always kind and caring to them. She was preceded in death by her father Marion Baker, her mother Jessie Hampton; and her husband, Jack Shields.Visitation will be held from 3-7 p.m. on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at Floral Haven Funeral Home.
