Bobby Lee Bowden, a beloved son, sibling, uncle, and friend, transitioned from this life on April 9th, 2024, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born on February 9th, 1943, in Tulsa to Roy Joseph Bowden and Hazel Irene (Collier) Bowden. Throughout his journey, Bobby found solace and joy in the simple pleasures of life. Whether it was casting a line while fishing, capturing moments through his photography, or marveling at the wonders of nature while searching for arrowheads or other artifacts that caught his attention, Bobby cherished every moment spent in the great outdoors. His artistic soul found expression in his love for plants and his talent as an artist, leaving behind pieces that will forever inspire. Bobby’s legacy extends beyond his hobbies. He proudly served his country as a veteran, embodying courage and dedication.
In his passing, Bobby reunites with his beloved parents, Roy Joseph and Hazel Irene Bowden and his dog whom he loved with his whole heart, Daisy.
He is leaving behind cherished memories in the hearts of his siblings: Gloria Bowden, Patricia Bresenhen, Marcia Levan and her husband Dale, and Kevin Bowden and his wife Lisa; nieces and nephews, Richard Joseph Cramberg, Patricia Leann Cramberg, Scott Eugene Cramberg and his wife Dena, Jessica Lauren Fulton and her husband Bryce, Madison Paige Bowden, and Blake Aaron Bowden who will forever cherish their time together.
Bobby Lee Bowden's memory will be honored and celebrated during a memorial service on Wednesday, April 17th, 2024, at 3:00 PM at Floral Haven Chapel. Though he may have departed this earthly realm, his spirit will live on eternally in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
