Bobby Walter Pilkerton's Obituary
Bobby Walter Pilkerton, 46, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, passed away on January 6, 2026, in Tulsa. Born on January 19, 1979, in Nashville, Tennessee, Bobby was the son of Toni Curtis Pilkerton, Sr. and Cynthia Joyce (Parman) Pilkerton.
Bobby spent many years working at McDonald’s, where he was known for his easygoing nature, friendly smile, and the way he could brighten anyone’s day. Outside of work, he loved being outdoors and found joy in collecting baseball cards—a hobby that connected him to cherished memories and simple pleasures.
Those who knew Bobby will remember him as a happy‑go‑lucky soul with a generous heart. He was the kind of man who would give the shirt off his back without a second thought. His kindness, humor, and gentle spirit touched everyone fortunate enough to cross his path.
Bobby is survived by his loving wife, Sharon Pilkerton; his children, Bobby Pilkerton Jr. and Kiley Pilkerton; his mother, Cynthia Pilkerton; and his granddaughter, Charlotte Pilkerton, who brought him immense joy. He also leaves behind his loyal dogs, Big Boy and Arrie, who were constant companions.
A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held at a later date, and details will be announced when available.
Bobby will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who loved him. His memory will live on in the stories shared, the laughter remembered, and the love he gave so freely.
