Jo Ann Tapp Starkey
Dear Lance and Family: Thank you so very much for your call this morning. I am so very sorry to learn of the passing of Bonnie. Bonnie was one of my dearest friends in high school in Lubbock, and I have so many great memories of those high school years, the slumber parties, sleep-overs, church socials, and always "going for a Coke" to the Village Mill, Hi-D-Ho, and the "Night Owl!" I have a few fun memories our first year at Texas Tech, but I think Don had entered the picture and took up most of her time! Even though we lost touch for the most part over the years, Bonnie has always had a special place in my heart and always will. I hung out with Bonnie and Don at our 55th high school reunion five years ago and had so much fun reminiscing with them. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family….I pray God's Love, Comfort, Peace, and Strength surround and sustain you as you adjust to the physical absence of your beloved Mom and Grandmom in your lives. Bonnie will be missed and always remembered! With all my love…..Jo Ann Tapp Starkey, Duncanville, Texas
