Bonnie Louise Sutterfield's Obituary
Bonnie Louise Sutterfield, beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, aunt, family member and friend; born Wednesday, March 4, 1925 in Zack, Arkansas to her loving parents, Harry & Margaret (Dipley) Eaton; went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 16, 2016 in Tulsa, Oklahoma with her loving family by her side. A longtime resident of the Tulsa area, Bonnie originally was from Arkansas where she met the love of her life in a strawberry patch one day and they started their lives together before his enlistment in the United States Army, serving his country honorably and proudly during WWII in the European conflict. When her beloved husband came home they raised their two children and enjoyed watching their family grow over the years. In her free time Bonnie enjoyed many things especially tending to her garden on her small farm, going fishing in the pond with her kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren and playing gin rummy with her family. What Bonnie was truly passionate about were the times she shared with her family and friends that she loved so dearly. Fond memories will always be cherished of her homemade ice cream and her homemade chocolate gravy and biscuits from scratch by her family, friends and those who had their lives touched by her. Bonnie is preceded in death by her loving parents, Harry & Margaret Eaton and her beloved husband for over seventy years, Carl Sutterfield also great-grandaughter Mollie Gould. Bonnie is survived by her loving children, Judie Bowers & husband Jim and Roger Sutterfield & wife Sherrie; her six dearly loved grandchildren, Steven Sutterfield, Phillip Sutterfield & wife Shelly, Jacob Sutterfield & wife Trina, Joshua Sutterfield, Kirsten Gould & husband Andrew and Amy Cravens & husband Dan; her ten precious great grandchildren, Libby Cravens, Maddie Cravens, Harper Cravens, Kate Cravens, Kelsie Donahue & husband Daniel, Triston Sutterfield, Channing Sutterfield, Hayden Bozarth and Mary Bozarth; her one beloved great-great grandchild, Wyatt Gould and numerous other loving nieces, nephews, family members and friends. A visitation will be held Friday, October 21, 2016 from 2:00PM to 3:00PM at Floral Haven Funeral Home in the Chapel. A funeral service will be held Friday, October 21, 2016 at 3:00PM at Floral Haven Funeral Home in the Chapel. A graveside service will follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens in the Garden of Faith. Services have been entrusted to Floral Haven Funeral Home, Floral Shop, Crematory, & Memorial Gardens, 6500 S 129th E Ave; Broken Arrow, Oklahoma 74012.
