Breanna A. Ecker's Obituary
The love and admiration for Breanna Ecker didn’t come to an end with her death, and it is with this sad news to announce the passing of our dear Bree on June 22nd,2021 at the age of 23.
Bree was born to Kim Kirkbride and Darren Ecker on April 7th, 1998 in Glendale, AZ. Growing up in Arizona, Bree had many interests including the outdoors and cooking. Her eyes were opened early to the love of family and pets. She spent the 2nd half of her life in Oklahoma, graduating from Hartshorne high school in 2017. While growing up in Hartshorne-McAlester, Bree cherished the time she spent growing up with her 5 sisters under the care of their dear mom. She made many friends who she could make laugh with her silliness and adorable laugh. The last 4 of Bree’s years were spent working and living in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Bree’s charming personality opened doors to many friendships and job opportunities as a sales rep. She was contagious to the lives she touched and will dearly be missed by many.
Bree was preceded in death by her precious mom, Kim. She is survived by her sisters Tifanie Kirkbride, Harley Meade, Kimber Meade, Mika Meade, and Paeten Meade of McAlester, Oklahoma, as well as many aunts and uncles including, Elizabeth Wray of Oklahoma, Robyn Chaffin of Illinois, Stefanie Dazey of Illinois, Jonathan Chaffin of Arizona, Melissa McLaughlin of McAlester, Oklahoma, Heather Harshberger of Kansas, Christina Marciano of Arizona, Daniel Leimone of Arizona, Frankie Wray of Arizona, and Willie Wray of Arizona, as well as Grandma Debra Wray of Oklahoma, Grandpa James Wray of Arizona, step-dad Mike Kimry of McAlester, Oklahoma; dad, Darren and her beloved dog, Copper.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, July 16th at Floral Haven, followed by a reception and dinner at the Floral Haven Family Center.
