Brent Ashley Neely's Obituary
Brent Ashley Neely, 47, of Webbers Falls, passed away on March 18th, 2021 at his residence. He was born June 7, 1973, In Houston Texas to Gary and Linda Neely.
Brent accepted Christ at vacation bible school in July 1982 at Riverview Baptist Church in Bixby, Oklahoma. He was later baptized on January 2nd, 1983 at Clayton Baptist Church in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
He was a long-time outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He made yearly trips to the Kiamichi Mountains and several other hunting and fishing trips with his many family and friends. He enjoyed activities on his farm such as; riding his horses and ATVS, gardening, tending to his land, and lounging on the porch he built enjoying the nature scenery. He was blessed with an outgoing spirit that left a mark on the life of all who met him. Many close to him say he never met a stranger and could make friends wherever he went. He truly lived life to its fullest.
Brent graduated from Bixby High School in 1993. He completed vocational training for welding and manufacturing. Over the course of 28 years, Brent was employed in the field of manufacturing and fabrication. Brent was an exceptional worker who was highly skilled and took pride in everything he made.
Brent was preceded in death by his mother Linda Neely, grandparents Melba and Delphine Jones. He is survived by his daughter Ashley Neely of Coweta, OK; Fur-child Jax Neely of Webbers Falls, OK; Fiancée Kendra Brown of Webbers Falls; father Gary Neely and Stepmother Debbie Neely of Frisco, TX; brother Derrick Neely and wife Tiffany of Tulsa, OK; sister Nicole Peterson and husband Brett of Frisco, TX; and many family and friends.
