Brett Michael Campbell was born September 9, 1981 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and passed away February 23, 2017 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Brett will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved him. Brett is preceded in passing by his Grandad, Frank “Tom” Haworth and his Grandparents Jack and Adela Mattix. Brett is survived by his parents, Michael and Shirley Campbell; grandmother, Margaret Haworth; uncle and aunt Ed and De Shonne Haworth; uncle and aunt Tom and Sharon Miller; cousins, Hannah and Bracie Haworth, Tosha Lundy and her husband David and Melissa Grunewald and her husband Michael and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and firends. There will be a visitation Sunday, March 5, 2017 from 5-7 p.m. at Floral Haven Funeral Home Funeral Service will be Monday, March 6, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel Graveside committal with military honors at Ft. Gibson National Cemetery
