Brian Xavier Portman's Obituary
Brian Xavier Portman, 55 of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma passed from this life on Sunday, July 18, 2021,in a Tulsa hospital. He was born August 14, 1965 in Washington, DC to his parents, Jerry Lee Portman and Frances Ellen Ramsburg Portman. He married the love of his life, Constance Nan Rapp on June 27, 1998 in Gaithersburg, MD and they have shared in over 23 wonderful years together.
Brian is survived by his loving wife, Connie Portman of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his two children, Rachel Olivia Portman and David Patrick Portman, both of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; one sister, Beth Ellen Johnston and her husband Mike of Hagerstown, Maryland; and many friends and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A celebration of Life service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 30, 2021 at the Floral Haven Rose Chapel.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society by going to www.lls.org in Brian's honor.
