Colleen Lucille Bridges' Obituary
Colleen Bridges passed away on Tuesday, March 12, at Wildwood Care Center, with her devoted husband of 67 years, Fred Bridges, by her side. Born April 20, 1925 to Agnes (Reich) and James Orville Donnelly, she was the loving mother of two adopted sons, Mike and Mark, who predeceased her. She is survived by her husband and her grandchildren, Kristi, Michael and Melissa Bridges, and her great-grandchildren Brennan, Kadyn, Braxton and Khloe; and niece, Karen Lawthorne. She was preceded in death by her sister, Geraldine. Colleen and her husband collected antiques, which she used to decorate every corner of the home they shared for 63 years. She paid great attention to detail and to people, and this combination touched the lives of friends and family, through her letters, poems and thoughtful gifts, and in return her family and friends brightened her life even unto her last day, and we will miss her tremendously.
