Bridget Kathleen Becker's Obituary
Bridget Kathleen Becker was born on July 27, 1971. She came to our family in November of that year as our foster child. Her mother had had Rubella which caused Bridget to have several disabilities and since her mother could not take care of her, the Department of Human Services took her into the foster care program. We adopted her as a permanent member of our family when she was six.Bridget graduated from Edison High School and was currently working as a jewelry maker at A New Leaf in Broken Arrow. She previously volunteered for Catholic Charities shredding paper. Bridget loved the sunshine, colorful magazines, and going – almost anywhere. She was never ever a homebody. She lived with her roommate, Susan, for more than 20 years. She is survived by her mother, Mary Ann Duncan; two sisters, Liz Russell and Lynn Morain, and their families, as well as her brother, Minky. She is also survived by her adopted father, Gene Becker.Memorial Service will be 3:00 PM, Friday, December 4th, Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, Broken Arrow.
