Carl Kenneth Constable's Obituary
Carl Kenneth Constable was born on October 25th, 1949, and began a life lived full of adventure and surprise. From his days running the streets in Flint and Detroit, Mi, to years of bringing up his family in Oklahoma, Minnesota, and Wisconsin, his commitment to his wife, Sandy, and his children, Carl, Paul, Luke, David, George, and Cassie, was unwavering. His stories, wisdom, and experiences entertained and impacted so many as he crossed their paths; the perpetual teenager seemingly never met a stranger with whom he wouldn't share a piece of himself.
On January 9th, 2024, Carl passed away at home in his sleep. He is admired and loved by his 6 children, 10 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren, as well as Sandy, his wife of 48 years. He will be missed by so many more.
If you knew or loved or played any role in his journey, thank you. He was impacted by each of you, and he loved the memories that were created. His favorite moments over his last few months were recalling and sharing them. Thank you for the time you spent, the laughter you shared, the care you gave, and the love that was felt. He cherished it all.
Carl always seemed like the big fish in whatever size pond he found himself. But now his spirit and soul can rest, and for that, we are thankful. He is with his Lord and Savior, the One who set his path and made his life possible.
Carl knew that many would expect a service in his memory but requested that we remember him individually without one. If you're someone who feels inclined to send flowers in moments like these, please, instead, make a contribution to the ministry of your choice or simply celebrate through the memory of your shared relationship. Thank you.
