Carl T. Farmer's Obituary
Carl was born to Claude and Lucinda Louise Farmer on December 23, 1929 in Fayetteville, AR. He attended school through the 9th grade and then entered the Army at Ft Hood Texas for four years. He spent approximate year in the Korean War before he was discharge from the Army on April 5, 1952. He met Betty Jo Nadine Carter when he was on leave. Before he was discharge they married and began their life living in Tulsa and Catoosa. He worked with Chandler Materials Rock Crusher in Tulsa until retirement. During his retirement he lived in Ft Gibson and moved on to Veterans Admin Center in Lawton, Ok until his passing. They had two daughters Brenda Sue, Linda Carol and one son Wesley Wayne. He is survived by his daughter Brenda and son-in-law Roy Sumter of Claremore, OK, son Wesley Farmer and daughter-in-law Donita of Wagoner, Ok, granddaughter Charlotte and spouse Steve Lawson of Chelsea, OK, grandson Vollen Peer of Tulsa, Ok, grandson Charles Hammond of Cedar Park, TX, granddaughter April and spouse Preston Hubbard of Wagoner, Ok, granddaughter Amber Harrington of Flint Ridge, Ok, granddaughter Ginny and spouse Andrew Hart of Keys, Ok, granddaughter Katherine Farmer living with Wesley and Donita, and his four great-grandchildren, Austin, Baylee, Terra and P.J. His surviving sibling Sam Stewart and spouse Lola of Lawton, Ok, He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Lucinda Farmer, sisters, Cherry Mae and Lydia, his wife, Betty Farmer, and daughter Linda Benson and son-in-law Charles Benson.
