Carl Richardson, Jr.'s Obituary
Carl Richardson Jr. went to be with our Lord and savior Jesus Christ March 14th 2023, after a happy life lived faithfully. He was born in Ringgold County Iowa near Lamoni July 22 1927 to Rulah and Carl Richardson. After losing his father at 12 years old he and his mother went to live with his sister Loretta and her husband Leland Landphair in Kansas City MO. He married the love of his life, Nina Faye Tull in 1950. They had 2 children, 4 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife Nina, parents, sister Loretta Landphair and brother Everett Richardson. He is survived by his children Gary and Laura Richardson of Tulsa, Susan Richardson of Tulsa; Grandchildren: Cindy and Joel Heisterburg of Verdigris, OK, Michael and Megan Richardson of Tulsa, Jeremy and Tara Richardson of Bixby OK and Kelli Kickham of Los Angeles, CA; grant grandchildren: Kristen, Katie, Ryan and Victoria Heisterburg, Rosie Richardson, Abigale, Adalyn, Annabelle and Jackson Richardson; Nephew Steve and Jeanie Landphair and family, numerous dear and special friends. Carl’s interests were home improvement, antique cars and clubs, helping his friends and family, volunteering with Nina for meals on wheels and crunching his numbers on the 9 key. He enjoyed having fun, the outdoors, traveling and giving out smiles. Carl-dad will be missed very much.
