Carl Edward Rose's Obituary
Carl Edward Rose, a resident of Tulsa, passed away March 3, 2018 at the age of 73. He was born January 5, 1945 to Alvin F.C. Rose and Millie Pauline (Smith) Rose in Cherokee, Oklahoma. He enjoyed camping, nascar and was a hot wheel collector. He took care of his yard and kept his vehicles in good condition. He had certificates in mechanic for front end, air-condition, brakes, wheels and other areas of vehicles.He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin F.C. and Millie Pauline (Smith) Rose.Survivors include his loving wife, Carolyn J. Rose of Tulsa; daughter, Connie Marie (Rose) Moss of El Reno; son, Allan Rose of Clinton; daughter, Patricia Ann (Rose) Welsh and husband, Jarrod of Weatherford; daughter, Crystal D. Rose and boyfriend, Mikey Niman of Tulsa; step-son, DeWayne A. Schapansky and girlfriend, Sandy Burnham of Enid; step-daughter, Sheri L. (Schapansky) Cooper and husband, Dennis of Tulsa; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, Richard Rose and wife, Kathy of Yukon; sister, Betty L. Mitchell of Clinton; brother, David L. Rose of Michigan and numerous nieces and nephews.Memorial Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, at Memorial Baptist Church in Tulsa.In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations to be made to The Children’s Playground, text PLAY to 918-913-4999.
