Mr. White was my typing teacher in 1972. He made typing my favorite class. I loved the competitions. Mr. White opened my eyes to teaching, and I inspired to be a business teacher. He was such a fun teacher! I am so sorry for your loss. Susy Costabile Harmon

I had the pleasure of working with Carl for 5 years. He always had a smile and a sweet story about a grandchild or childhood memory. The love for his family and people in general always came through when you talked with him. He will be missed by many.
To all the White family, my heart truly goes out to you. Carl will be missed dearly. He was one of the nicest men I have ever known. I've missed him so much in the last year since he left EDC. He always had a smile on his face. I know you are all comforted in knowing you will see him again one day.

One of the most selfless men I have ever met. He loved everyone and everyone loved him. He was a dad to so many more than his 3 kids. We have lost a great one!
I am proud to have worked with Carl for many years. He had a strong work ethic and was a pleasure to work with. He was a wonderful family man, who adored his children and grandchildren. I met Carl and his wife Linda when I first started my career with Usborne Books & More. He always made time for a quick chat to see how I was doing and I was always lifted up by his joy and caring. During a tough time in my life he and Linda kept me in their prayers and I could feel the power of it.
One of the best thing about Carl for me was the genuine love he had for what he did, but most of all for his family. It literally shone out of him.
