Carlos “Charlie” Pales, 77, a resident of Owasso passed away January 26, 2018. Charlie was born September 4, 1940 in San Juan, Puerto Rico to Carlos and Mary Pales. He will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved him. Charlie is preceded in passing by his parents, Carlos and Mary Pales and his brother. He is survived by his brother, Edgar and his wife Frankie Pales; sister, Aixa “Tatty” Quijano and her husband Rene; brother, Carlos Edward Pales and his wife Amanda; nieces and nephews, Aixita, Renixa and Gustavo Quijano and Ariana, Buddy, Kimble, Tony and Logan Pales and countless other family members and friends.Graveside Service will be 2 p.m.Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens
