Carol Sue Bejcek's Obituary
Carol Sue Bejcek, age 81, passed on from this life on Thursday, January 12, 2023, in Broken Arrow, OK. Born May 27, 1941, in Fayetteville, AR, to Allen Kay Davidson and Ruby Bell (Mhoon) Davidson. She lived in Kingfisher, OK where her father owned a grocery store until the passing of her father in 1951. The family then moved to El Reno, OK, where she graduated from high school in 1959. During her high school years, she met Dean Riley Bejcek, thereafter marrying and became the proud parent of Eric (1962), Darren (1964), and Shelly (1966).
Carol “Sue” had lived in the Tulsa area since 1963 and worked as an Administrative Assistant at Tulsa Community College until retiring in 2003. She took great pleasure in visiting and participating in her children and grandchildren’s lives. She also had been known to be incredibly quick on both her feet and mind, as she had excelled in dancing competitions and was always a force to be reckoned with while playing cards, specifically Bridge.
Carol Sue touched many lives while on this Earth and will be dearly missed by her grandchildren (Niki, Joey and wife Jordan, and Erica Baker), daughter-in-law (Cheryl Bejcek), son-in-law (John Baker), sisters-in-law (Jan and Karen Davidson), and many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, children (Eric and Darren Bejcek, and Shelly Baker), brothers (Bill and Bob Davison), and her beloved dog (Trixie).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Carol Sue Becjek's name and honor can be made to the following Charitable organizations: Mental Health Associates of OK, Domestic Violence Intervention Services, Juvenile Diabetes Research, and Broken Arrow Seniors.
Celebration of Life service will be held 12:30 PM, Friday, January 27, 2023 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
