Carol Ann Chouinard's Obituary
Carol Ann Chouinard, 73, resident of Claremore, Oklahoma passed away August 16, 2020. Carol Ann was born January 15, 1947 in Springfield, Vermont to Kenn and Lillian Creighton. Carol married the love of her life, Gerald "Jerry" Chouinard on June 18, 1965 in Dallas, Texas and they shared in over 54 years together. Carol will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
Carol was preceded in passing by her father, Kenn Creighton; her mother, Lillian McClure (Belits); stepfather, James G. McClure; her beloved husband, Gerald "Jerry" Chouinard; son, Chris Chouinard and sister-in-law, Jan McClure.
Carol is survived by her two sons, Mark Chouinard and his wife, Stephanie and Shawn Chouinard and his wife, Jackie; brother, Terry Creighton and his wife, Annette; brother, Bill Creighton and his wife, Carolyn; brother, Mike McClure; sister, Melody McClure and sister, Lesa Zuke and her husband, John; six grandsons, Austin, Tyler and Matthew Pittman, Tyler and Landon Chouinard and Cody Butler; one granddaughter, Destiny Butler; and two great-grandsons, Ryker Houtman and Kolter Pittman and numerous other family members and friends.
Vistation will be 4-6 pm, Friday, August 21, 2020 at Floral Haven Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be 10:00 am, Saturday, August 22, 2020 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel.
