Carolyn W. Cody's Obituary
Carolyn W. Cody, was born May 9, 1945 in Hiawatha, Utah to Fred Dallas and Alice (Hardgrave) Walker and passed from this life February 28, 2020 at Porta Caeil House surrounded by her family at the age of 74.
Carolyn spent over 20 years working for Elephant Trunk where she made many lasting friendships.
Carolyn was preceded in death by both her parents; brother Fred Douglas Walker; daughter Jill. Carolyn is survived by her husband Richard; daughter Keli Cody & partner Brian Bloss, sons Randy Cody & wife Karen, Ryan Cody & wife Katie, daughter Angela Abercrombie & husband Grant; 13 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.
On July 21, 1963 Carolyn married the love of her life Richard. In their younger days they enjoyed spending time at the lake and camping. Later on they enjoyed watching their son Ryan play baseball and their grandchildren play many sports!
A funeral service to celebrate Carolyn's life will be held at University United Methodist Church Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at 1 PM with internment to follow at Floral Haven Cemetery. Donations may be made in her honor to Porta Caeli House at portacaeli.org.
