Carolyn Hill's Obituary

She was always there for them throughout the years. She loved reading her Bible and watching Christian programs and musicals. Most of all, she loved Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.Carolyn had a heart for all animals, and often enjoyed watching all the birds and squirrels that she fed. Many dogs, bunnies, and squirrels had a better quality of life because she and her family insisted on rescuing all those in need. Such a big, big joy to her!Carolyn and her husband, Asa, loved to go driving through the countryside, letting the road lead the way! Even though the two would argue and race to the car passenger door to see who had to drive, they always had a great time! (FYI- Asa usually won and got the passenger seat!)Both Carolyn and Asa had a huge passion for going to the lake, fishing, water skiing, and boating. Through the years, they lived in various parts of the United States. It was always a big adventure, and they loved every minute of it!Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Asa Hill; father Norris “Pete” Hovis; mother, Wilma Hovis; and daughter, Sarah L.
