Carrie Ann Witham's Obituary
Carrie Ann Witham, 62, resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on June 15, 2022. Carrie was born on September 26, 1959, in Racine, Wisconsin to Virgil and Carol Carlson. She will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
Carrie was preceded in passing by her father, Virgil Arthur Carlson, and her sister-in-law, Sherri Carlson.
She is survived by her mother, Carol Lee Carlson (White); her son, Michael Witham; her sister, Kelly Jeffries, and her husband, Greg; her brother Thomas Carlson; her nieces and nephews, Kailyn Boose and her husband, Marshall, Kristen Carillo and her husband, Weston, Jason Jeffries and his wife, Aimee, Jackson Jeffries, Tom Carlson, Samantha Carlson; her great-nieces and nephews, Gabriel, Emery, Olover and Penelope; her ex-spouse Dan Witham and numerous other family members and friends.
Celebration of Life Service is will be at 9:00 am, Saturday, June 25th at Destiny Church in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
