Carroll Eugene Scoggins' Obituary
Carroll Eugene Scoggins was born on February 16, 1938 in Cherokee, Oklahoma to Walter Albert and Zelma May Scoggins and passed away on August 30, 2019 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his sister Janice Joan McColl and his parents. He leaves behind his wife of 58 years, Wyvone Alma Scoggins, his daughter Pamela Diane Zachary and husband Paul, his son Michael Dale Scoggins and wife Cheryl, four granddaughters: Kayla Zachary and husband Adam, Kristen Bromley and husband Beau, Kelsey Roe and husband Ethan, and Aubrey Scoggins, and six great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind two brothers: Kenneth Scoggins and wife June and Timothy Scoggins and wife Evalyn, sister-in-law Louise Beckwith, brother-in-law Doug Hawke and several beloved nieces and nephews and their families.Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at the First Baptist Church in Broken Arrow with Pastor Nick Garland officiating.
