Some of my fondest memories through out my life were with aunt Cathy. From me and my cousin Linda staying with her on the weekends in McAlester or staying the whole summer with her in Oklahoma City and getting my 1st job at Braums, going to the movies, eating out at all the good places. She was the cool Aunt. No one could make me laugh more or any harder than my aunt Cathy. Next to my mother she was the other rock I had during my battle with cancer, she drove me to appointments, she cheered me on, she lent a ear when I needed to vent and she constantly prayed for me. As much as my heart hurts and I miss her I know there was a glorious reunion in heaven with her and my aunt Janice and many others. I love you so much aunt Cathy and I know I'll see you again, till then fly high and watch over us all.
This one time when I was a kid, about age 11/12 me and my aunt Cathy were in Walmart with my nana (Debbie her sister) and my mother, my aunt Cathy told me "Kirstie I'm going to tell you 3 things you should never tell anybody, 1. Five dollar make you holler, 2. Your aunt Cathy is a crazy hoe, and 3. You spent your 11th birthday in your momma's rehab".
Another time I spent the weekend with aunt Cathy and I honestly don't remember how I old I was, I was still probably around 11 or 12 she had a job as a security guard and they had to have specific uniforms and pants. So we went to go get her a couple sets of uniforms. Whilst there and digging through different types of pants, I saw they had hersheys kisses for their customers, I got a couple, and said "hey aunt Cathy you want a kiss?", She said "Kirstie, I'm not gay". I laughed so hard and told her it was a hersheys
