Cecil Eugene Graham 75 died June 12, 2011 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Cecil was born February 8, 1936 in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. He was the son of Charles and Ida (Kirk) Graham. Cecil was a veteran of the United State Air Force. He is survived by his wife Janet, two sons, Craig (Susan) E. Graham, Gary (Denise) L. Graham, one daughter, Pamela K. (Charles) Birchfield, two brothers Luther Graham, Charles Graham. There are 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren to carry on his legacy.
