Charlene E. Seaton's Obituary
Charlene Longabach Seaton was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and graduated Will Rogers High School in 1948. She loved to play tennis and go ice skating with her friends. While working at American Optical she met and married a Korean War Vet, James M. Seaton, in 1951. Together they raised six children. During the 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s that was quite a feat, and they all survived.She is preceded in death by her sister Fonda L. Huff, her parents, Elsie G. and Nathan H. Longabach, followed by her husband, James Marshall Seaton, her sister Maurine B. Kays, her sons James Michael Seaton and Bryan M. Seaton, and her grandson, Garry Marshall Seaton.Charlene is survived by her daughter, Melanie Goodin and her husband Wesley, son Larry Seaton and his wife Carmen, son Garry Seaton and wife Debi, and daughter Michele Womack; twelve grandchildren, James R. Seaton, Ilka Bauer, Elizabeth Peck, Crystal Seaton, Tony Janeway, Katherine Payne, Cally Ford, Kayla Freeman, Benjamin J. Seaton, Christopher Seaton, Bryan J. Seaton, and Joshua Seaton; and 21 great grandchildren.Viewing will be held Sunday, June 17th from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Floral Haven Funeral Home.Services will be held at at 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 18, 2018 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel.
