Charles “Charlie” Edward Annis, 84, was born on August 27, 1937, to parents Robert Ples Annis, and Reba Ray Paris. He passed away on September 16, 2021.
He is survived by his wife Marcia Annis; and children Charles Wade Annis, Jodi Beth Annis, and Blake Annis; grandchildren Brooke Annis, and Chance Annis; great-grandchildren Decker Frailey; sibling-in-law Terry and Sheryl Arning.
He is preceded in passing by his parents Robert Ples Annis, and Reba Ray Paris; sister Iva Louis Annis, brother Robert Glenn Annis, brother James Daniel Annis, brother Cecil Ray Annis, and brother Alvin Gene Annis.
