Charles Billy (Bill) Starnes, 82 retired from Sheffield Steel in Sand Springs, passed away on October 9, 2014 in Claremore, OK. He was born on May 22, 1932 in Sand Springs, OK, to Charley and Wanda (Webb) Starnes. Bill is survived by Wife Jessie of 61 years; daughters, Janice Riley and Debbie (Gary) Lowe; Sister, Joyce Mathews; four Grandchildren; eight Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by son, Charles Rodney Starnes Graveside service will be 11:00 am, Tuesday, October 14, 2014, Floral Haven Memorial Gardens, Broken Arrow. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Charles Starnes name to the Alzheimer Association www.alz.org/donate.
