Charles "Randy" Randall Hooper's Obituary
In loving memory of Charles Randall Hooper "Randy," 63, a cherished resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma, who peacefully passed away on November 30, 2023. Born on February 13, 1960, in Denver, Colorado, Randy was the son of the late Marion Leon Hooper and Theda Rae Soldani (Hardy). Randy was a dedicated member of the Broken Arrow community, where he owned a beloved jewelry store that specialized in crafting personalized treasures. Proud to be a downtown business owner, he contributed to the vibrant spirit of the area. Outside of his entrepreneurial pursuits, Randy found joy in the world of sprint cars, embracing the thrill and excitement they brought.
Known for his sense of humor and outgoing, charming, and flirtatious nature, left a lasting impression on those he encountered.
Randy's legacy lives on through the memories he created, the laughter he shared, and the love he generously gave to those fortunate enough to know him. May he rest in eternal peace.
Randy was preceded in passing by his parents, his brother, Michael Leon Hooper; and his infant daughter, Randi Michelle Hooper
He is survived by his son, Keith Wall, and spouse Scarlet; twin daughters, Erica Hefner and Morgan Hooper; sister, Kerrylyn Hooper and her spouse, Janet Black; along with eight grandchildren and numerous other cherished family members and friends.
Visitation will be 5-7 pm, Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at Floral Haven Funeral Home.
Celebration of Life Service will be at 12:30 pm, Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel.
