Charles Patrick McNeel's Obituary
Our dear brother, and uncle sadly passed away at the age of 71, on January 2. Patrick was
born December 4, 1952. He will always be remembered for his generosity, and fun loving spirit.
Patrick was born and lived his adolescent years in Cumberland, Md. He graduated from
Allagany High School, and then went on to serve in the United States Air Force. After serving
our country, he worked in the construction industry, and mastered his craft as a Journeyman
Electrician. He loved his work, and volunteered his time and talent to serve his church.
Aside from his work, Patrick had a special bond with his nephew, Seth and his daughter, Faith.
Since Pat was not married and had no children of his own, Faith was always very important to
him. Every birthday, every Christmas brought with it special gifts for his special niece.
Patrick was predeceased by his parents, Catherine & Harry McNeel, Jr. and survived by his
sister Lynn [Rick] Wilson, Twin brother, Harry [Marvetta] McNeel, his brother Stevan McNeel,
and Michael [Kathy] McNeel, nephews; Sean [Lindsey] McNeel, Devon [Brianna] McNeel, Rick
[Heather] Wilson, Travis [Sonya] Wilson, and niece Molly [Brady] Jarvis, nephew Jason
[Rosemary] Edwards, nephew Seth McNeel, and eleven great nieces and nephews.
