Dad you were and still are the best. I miss you soooo much. I am having a tough time dealing with this so please bear with me. I know I tend to talk to you still several times a day and I'm probably interrupting something huh? LOL!! I know you are in God's hands and he is taking good care of you. No more pain, suffering – even though you never showed it, or meds. You are such an intelligent and witty man and I miss our talks over morning coffee. You are such a big part of my life and the lives of Marty, Katelyn and Dakota. I know Gator and Blondie are the light of your life. We love you so much and you were just taken too soon. Dad anyone can be a father but it takes someone very special to be a dad. You are the special one in my life. My heart is heavy and I am very torn up, however it is just because I miss you so much. Thank you so much for sharing my entire life and I know we will all be together again someday. Darren and I will make sure mom is well taken care of, spoiled even, y'know? LOL! I know you always said "Don't worry about me." and I told you "It's my job." but now I know since you walk with Jesus everyday I have nothing to worry about. I love you!! Your daughter, Missie.

Charles will truly be missed – I loved him so very much and we had a wonderful life together. Its hard when you lose your life long partner that you shared everything with. He was always there for me and the kids no matter what. I was not ready for him to go to God but sometimes God knows whats best for us no matter what we think. He will not be in pain any longer plus he will be up there with his buddies having a wonderful time. I know I will see him again some day as I know he is waiting for me as the love we had for each other will never ever quit or go away.Dad, I will see you later – hugs and kisses from Jake and Lucy.
