Charles Edward Story, Sr.'s Obituary
Charles Edward Story, Sr., went to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, October 26, 2014. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM, on Friday, November 7, 2014 at the Victory Christian Center Chapel, Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born on June 7, 1925, in Cincinnati, Ohio, the son of Lawrence and Grace Story. He proudly served our country in the Merchant Marines during World War II. Charles was a pastor throughout his life, and was passionate about working with others through his prison ministry at Victory Christian Center. During his time in the ministry, he authored two books, “Never Too Late”, and “Third Man On The Cross”. He is survived by his grandsons, Matt, Kirk, and Jason Story, 5 great grandchildren, and sister, Kathy Bozakis. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife of 67 years, Rosemary Story, and son, Charles Story, Jr. Memorial donations may be made in his name to the Victory Christian Center Prison Ministry.
