Charles Ray Webster's Obituary
Charles (Chuck) Ray Webster died June 18th in Tulsa, Oklahoma at 77 years old.
Chuck was born on June 12th, 1947, in Enid, Oklahoma. Chuck graduated from Perry High School in 1965. Chuck went on to join the Army in 1966. He served a tour in Vietnam and was honorably discharged in 1972. Chuck earned the National Defense Service Medal; Vietnam Service Medal with Bronze Service Star; Vietnam Campaign Medal with Device 60 and Aircraft Crewman Badge. Chuck worked for the Oklahoma Department of Transportation for over 30 years until he retired.
Chuck is survived by his wife Dixie Webster of 41 years who resides in Glenpool, Ok. Sons Derik Webster and wife Tina of Foyil, Oklahoma, son Darby Webster and wife Tracie of Owasso, Oklahoma, son Frank Hardcastle and wife Tina of Townsend, Georgia. Grandchildren Zachery, Jacob, and Miranda Webster, Ciara Kilpatrick and husband Zachary, Tanner Webster and wife Sierra, Lindsey and Martin Hardcastle, Chandler and Bethany West.
Chuck is preceded in death by his parents Charles and Sybil Webster. Grandson Logan West.
Chuck was an active member of the Sapulpa Masonic Lodge #170 where he and Dixie built many great memories and friendships.
Chuck was a member of the Akdar Shrine of Tulsa. Chuck enjoyed driving families to and from the surrounding Shriner’s Hospitals and participating in many Circus and other Shriner events. He also enjoyed the friendships and fellowship shared by fellow Shriners. Chuck & Dixie enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends.
The visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Thursday, June 20, 2024, at Floral Haven Funeral Home, and the funeral service will be 12:30 PM, Friday, June 21, 2024, at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel.
