Charles Edward Wise, age 48, a resident of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, passed from this life Saturday, January 17, 2026 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Charles was born March 24, 1977, to Charles Edward Green and Patricia Ann (Wise) Pharms in Beckley, West Virginia.
Charles will be dearly missed by his wife Amelia Wise and mother Patricia (Wise) Pharms and their families.
