Charlotte went to God on Sunday, Feb. 13, 2022. She was born in San Antonio, Texas, Sept. 20, 1928. She later moved to Tulsa where she met and married Bobbie Brashear of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and they settled in Tulsa. Charlotte Read Obituary
Charlotte and I have been dear friends since the second grade at Union School. We shared many laughs and wonderful memories over our long friendship. I will miss her greatly.
