Charolette Rogers' Obituary
Charolette Ann Rogers was born August 3, 1947 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The daughter of Floyd Kinyon Sr. & Martha Carver Kinyon. Charolette passed from this life and was completely healed by her Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at the age of 71 years.Charolette and Jerry Asa Rogers were united in marriage on June 28, 2003. He was a retired marine and school teacher. Charolette also liked working in the yard, painting and working puzzles. Charolette & Jerry loved the game of golf which, she was very good at. She taught her brother, Bill and wife, Dorothy how to play. The four of them would go RVing full time and traveled the United States, playing golf from west coast to east coast.Hiking every hill and mountain, fishing lakes and rivers, although not many fish caught. Mostly enjoying what God had created. Charolette loved her Jesus and was ready to be with him and Jerry. She wanted everyone to have a personal relationship with him and be in heaven with her.Charolette shared God’s Word everywhere they traveled and prayed daily for her family to know. Charolette volunteered at the Cancer Center after completing her chemo treatments. She was an active member of FBC Jenks and the Primetime Ministry.Charolette was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd & Martha; and husband, Jerry Asa Rogers.Charolette is survived by: Her daughter Rhonda Bell & grandchildren, Thomas Ballard & Taylor Andrews; 5 brothers Robert Kinyon & wife Anita, (Bill) Floyd Kinyon & wife, Dorothy, Allen Kinyon & wife, Kathy, Kenneth Kinyon & wife, Patty, Jack Ray & wife, Shelby; 2 sisters Tammy McCullough, Florence Smail & husband,George.
