Chasity left behind mom and dad: Chavis and Danielle; brothers: Chavis Lyons, Jr., Chase Lyons, Cashius Lyons, and Carter Lyons; grandparents: Annesia Jackson, Daniel Phillips, Janice Hughes, and Charles Lyons; and numerous extended family and friends.
