Cherry Christina Hays, age 81, a resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed from this life, Sunday, December 08, 2024 surrounded by her loving family.
Cherry was born December 26, 1942, to Alfonzo and Rosa Lea (Howell) Treat in Yale, Oklahoma.
She worked for 61 years at Oklahoma Upholstery Supply Company.
Cherry left behind to cherish her memory her sisters: Helen Mundt and Martha Love; sister-in-law: Joanna Smith; children: Jerry Hays and wife Tina, Chris Hays, and Patricia Werther; grandchildren: Crystal Hays and significant other: Mike Shaw, Tanya Brown, Cody Werther, Samuel Werther, Patrick Werther, David Werther, Daniel Wilson, David Wilson and wife Brandy, and Floyd Brown; 17 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren: nieces, nephews, numerous extended family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Alfonzo and Rosa Lea Treat; husband: Jerry Wayne Hays, Sr.; grandson: Brandon Werther; daughter-in-law: Deborah Hays; sister Dorothy and 8 other siblings.
Cherry's wishes were not to have any viewing, visitation or public service.
