Cheyenne Neil Lackey, age 23, passed from this life March 7, 2015. Cheyenne was born May 23, 1991 to Otis Earl Lackey, Jr. and Billie Gail (Stanley) Turknett, in Tyler, Texas. Cheyenne married his other half that completed them, Brittny “Honey” (his pet name for Danie) Danielle Willeford, May 19, 2012, in Palestine, Texas. He will be dearly missed by his loving wife, “Honey” of the home; daughter, Abbigail of the home; parents, Otis and Jennifer Lackey and Billie and Bobby Turknett; brothers, Marshall Lackey, and, Otis Earl Lackey, III and wife, Courtney; sisters, Kathleen Lackey and Nicole Lackey; two nephews, Kason and Tucker; grandparents, Marcus and Kathy Musick, Odie and Ethel Lackey, and Susan Stanley; Danie’s parents, David and Kate Willeford and Cynthia and Jacob Moore; and numerous loved ones, including extended family, best friends, and coworkers. Cheyenne was loved by any and all, anywhere.Cheyenne is preceded in death by his grandfather, George Stanley and cousin, Justin Roeber. Cheyenne was devoted to his wife and daughter. He loved climbing, fishing, working on cars, and anything outdoors. He enjoyed teaching Abbigail rock climbing and passed on his love for the outdoors. A celebration of life memorial service will be Friday, March 13, 2015 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. A celebration of life memorial will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at the home of Otis and Jennifer Lackey in Bradford, Texas.A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 15, 2015 at New Life Church in Palestine, Texas.In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to a trust fund for Abbigail’s future. Details for donations to the trust fund are pending.
