Christine Elaine Bright's Obituary
It is with deeply heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Christine Elaine Bright, who departed this world on October 11, 2024, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, surrounded by her loving family. Born on July 23, 1959, in Tulsa, Christine touched the lives of many and will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.
Christine grew up in Tulsa and spent her later years in Wagoner, Oklahoma. Despite facing significant health challenges throughout her life, Christine remained a beacon of kindness and positivity, always maintaining her sweet disposition and thoughtful nature towards others. She was known in her community for her caring heart, offering a helping hand to anyone in need. Her neighbors admired her quiet strength, compassion, and willingness to give of herself whenever possible. Christine always approached life with grace, even when her own burdens were heavy.
Christine is survived by her father, Charles Elton Bright Jr., and her sisters, Sallie Bright and Vicki Housley. She also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins, and a wide circle of extended family and friends, all of whom will miss her deeply. Her family takes comfort in knowing she is reunited with those who went before her: her mother, Virginia Marie Bright; and her brothers, Allen Dee Bright and Charles Elton Bright III.
Christine’s legacy is one of resilience and she will forever remain in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her. While our loss is profound, we find solace in the thought that Christine is at peace, free from the earthly pain and struggle she endured with such courage.
