Cindi Starlynn Deaver, age 64, passed away on May 10, 2026, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Cindi was born on July 20, 1961, in Wichita, Kansas, to Floyd Ray and Mable Kempkes. She grew up with a kind heart and a warm spirit that stayed with her throughout her life.
On October 9, 1979, Cindi married the love of her life, David, in Wichita, Kansas. Together they built a life centered on love, companionship, and simple joys.
They especially enjoyed spending time together going to garage sales and estate sales, always searching for hidden treasures and enjoying each other’s company. They were true homebodies who found happiness in being together at home.
Cindi never met a stranger. Her warm personality, welcoming smile, and genuine kindness made everyone feel comfortable and valued. She had a special love for animals and cared deeply for every creature she encountered.
Cindi will be remembered for her loving heart, friendly nature, and the joy she brought to those around her. She leaves behind cherished memories that will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
Cindi is preceded in death by her father
Cindi is survived by her husband David Deaver, mother Mabel Kempkes, brother Cecil Drake, brother Lonnie Drake, sister Judi Tuttle, brother Russell Stotts, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and loved ones.
