Clara Viola Nistetter Clara Viola Nistetter, age 89, stepped into heaven on November 2, 2014 in The Woodlands, Texas. Clara was born on August 26, 1925 in Lawton, Oklahoma. Clara enjoyed a loving marriage to her husband, Desmond H. Nistetter for 53 years until he went home to be with the Lord in the year 2000. Clara was a leader in Eastern Star and P.E.O. for many years. Clara was a woman clothed with dignity and strength. She was recognized by all as a lady in the truest sense. Clara was survived by her daughter, Karen, and her husband, Keith; her son, Jay, and his wife, Eileen, and her son, Dean, and his wife, Cathy. Clara had two grandsons, Tommy Nistetter and Douglas Nistetter. She had two granddaughters, Kristin MacLaren and Angela Kallus, and a step-granddaughter, Stacey Sicz. Clara also enjoyed five great grandchildren. A graveside service will take place at Floral Haven Funeral Home of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma on Friday, November 7, 2014 at 10 am. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested all donations be made to Meals on Wheels of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
