Sending my heartfelt condolences to the Gray I remember the first time I met Coach Gray we had a real talk about baseball end though I played football and I was a big guy he would always try and encourage me to come out and played and even though I never did he would always speak to me about life you see they were real mentors in our lives I came out in 1983 and I could still picture him walking the hall of McLain high school he is gonna be missed but he’s home and he’s race has been completed here so weep tonite and rejoice in the morning because knowing Coach that’s wat he would tell u.
Sending prayers of assurance to the family of Coach Clancy Gray. I was a student of his at McLain High school I remember as a junior I wanted to tryout for the boys baseball team he gave me that opportunity to do so. I made it I played short stop. He also help me to overcome my fear of swimming I'm glad he did that for me. I truly thank him for his dedication to caring for his students at McLain High school. I graduated in the year of 81. RIP Coach Clancy Gray 🩶
