Clarence Earl McGaha's Obituary
Clarence Earl “Chuck” McGaha, 76, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on November 11, 2025. Born on November 9, 1949, in Terrell, Texas, Chuck was the beloved son of Joe Grayson and Lona Mae (Vaughn) McGaha.
Chuck dedicated his career as a Designer Draftsman for Halliburton, where his skill and precision left a lasting mark. Beyond his professional life, he gave generously of his time as a soccer referee for several years, sharing his love of sports with the community. A devoted fan of football, Chuck especially cherished cheering on the Dallas Cowboys.
A man of many talents, Chuck was an extraordinary woodworker whose craftsmanship reflected both patience and artistry. He delighted in games of all kinds—board games, card games, and puzzles—always bringing joy and laughter to those around him. His greatest happiness, however, came from his grandchildren, who were the center of his world. Chuck also had a deep affection for his dogs, who were constant companions in his life.
Chuck’s dedication extended to his role as a bus driver for Broken Arrow Public Schools, where he was fondly known as the “Best Bus Driver.” His kindness, humor, and care touched countless students and families over the years.
He is survived by his daughter, Shawn Wolters and her husband Mark; his son, Shane Tuell and his wife Gina; sister-in-law, Carol Vandiver and her husband Larry; brothers-in-law, Jimmy Taylor and his wife JoAnne, and Arlie Hester; grandchildren, Taylor Wolters, Jessica Wolters, Chase Wolters, Parker Wolters, Brycen Tuell, Reece Tuell, Kenley Sigman, and Kyler Sigman; and nieces and nephews, Kendra Sigman and her husband Billy; and many other nieces and nephews.
Chuck was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Patricia McGaha, in 2018, and his sister-in-law, Nancy Hester.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at Floral Haven Funeral Home. Funeral services will take place at 10:00 AM on Friday, November 21, 2025, at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, followed by a committal service at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens, Garden of the Last Supper.
